CONCERTO FOR ELECTRIC BASS
I composed this Concerto for Electric Bass Guitar and Orchestra in 1988 and had lost the score and recordings. I’ve recently found the score and an old cassette recording. Maybe one day I’ll redo it properly. My buddies Marty Anderson recorded the MIDI and Ernie Porthouse played snare…big thanks!
ROCK AND A HARD PLACE
It’s the 11th Anniversary of when Otter Creek recorded A Rock and a Hard Place written by Cindy Dell. All members of the band except for John Dorlas worked at the W. Ross Macdonald School for the Blind in Brantford Ontario Canada. Members in the photo from left to right are Bill Gall, Gary Bridgett, John Dorlas, Denis Rondeau, Cindy Dell, Marisa Parker who sang lead. Unfortunately the band no longer exists but the memories are great!
